Been here a few times. Fast & friendly service. If you need State Inspection drop off first thing in the morning. If they find an issue they're upfront about costs before they start. If I had to pick something to improve they should really consider making a more inviting comfortable waiting area. The bare walls, tiny TV & hard chairs isn't the best for long waits but then again it's a auto place not a hotel lobby. Just a thought 😊

I called Sunday night to book an appointment for an oil change. They told me to bring it in at 7:30 am on Monday and had me book the appointment. I asked on Sunday how long it would take, and when I could expect to leave since I had to be at work Monday morning, and they told me 45 minutes to an hour so I would be done by 8:30 - 8:45. When I came in on Monday, I got there at 7:30 sharp and immediately checked in. I asked again at the desk how long it would take and when I could expect to be out of there, and they told me again 8:30 - 8:45. At 8:30 I noticed my car was still where I parked it, so I asked for an update. The guy came back 10 minutes later and said the mechanic was just now leaving to pull my car into the shop. At that point, I was going to be late for work so I had him just give me my keys. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to care that I just sat in the lobby for an entire hour while nobody even touched my car. I was super stressed out about my car and hoping they could help but left feeling very frustrated and stressed!

Awful experience. Came in for wheel alignment appointment (car pulls to the right). 1-1/2 hrs. Car still pulled to right as I drove home after work was supposedly done. Made appointment to have alignment re-done, under 90-day warranty. Despite having an appointment, after waiting FOUR HOURS they had not yet even begun to work on it. So, I had to pick up the car and reschedule yet another appointment. "Sorry, we've been busy and we may not be able to get to it until the end of the day." 4 hrs. Being very frustrated, I asked when was the best time for an appointment so that I could get in and out most quickly. At service manager's suggestion, I made an appointment for early on a Sunday morning, even though that was highly inconvenient for me. On that Sunday, I was the first car in. Still, I waited 3-1/2 hours in the waiting room until I looked into the shop area noticed that no one in the shop was working on any car! I told the manager that I saw no one in the shop, and said, "they better not be taking a lunch break now, while I'm still sitting here!" Service provided was good. My issue was about the length of time it took to complete my oil change. I dropped off my car by 8 am (and didn't wait for it in person) and ASSUMED (that's on me) it would take no longer than a couple hours to complete. When I hadn't heard anything after 4 hours, I called to find out if my car was done yet. I was told my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I took that as meaning they would start changing my oil then as they realized I was neededing/wanting it as soon as possible since I was calling about it. I think I would rate the service a lot higher if there was better communication (especially about how long it would take to have my oil changed) and especially since it was my first time there.
